So I spent about an hour trying to get down a macaquinho Saturday morning. I found myself in a variety of strange positions, including on my back with one hand trapped under my head and the other holding me up off the floor. I was stuck in this position trying to laugh and get out. Ela Caiu thought I had hurt myself. If I have learned anything from capoeira over the years, it's that if you are having troubles with a movement, then you have a flaw in your base somewhere or you need more practice somewhere.
So at least every week, I ask this question: What movement do you guys want to learn how to do?
